Patio Fire Pits

Patio fire pits are a very cool accessory for any patio.  Most people simply stop using their patio when it gets cold out.  Instead of sitting inside, why not get a patio fire pit?  Patio fire pits give you a bonfire-like atmosphere without all the work.  You can light it in seconds and it lasts much longer than a regular wood fire.  Plus you don't have deal with all the smoke and firewood.

There are several different types of patio fire pits.  Most have a metal pit and stands to contain the fire with some type of table lining for beverages on the outside.  You can find patio fire pits with gas lines in them for a simple and convenient fire.  Others require that you start an actual wood fire using logs or Duraflame logs.

The traditional patio fire pits can be found for under $200 dollars or in many cases under $100 dollars if you shop around.  You'll probably want one with a mesh cover on it to keep sparks and flames from escaping.  You don't want to damage your patio because you don't have one.

Patio fire pits also make a great cooking station.  Rather than grilling or cooking smores at a bonfire, you can just do it on the comfort of your own deck!  Many styles have built in grills as well which makes it very easy.
